1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays, adverse weather).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. NovaTrend is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
