Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff may be processed on the next available processing day.

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next processing day.

2. Shipping & Transit Time

Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time for Standard Shipping is approximately 3–5 business days, based on 1–2 business days for processing plus 2–3 business days for transit.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free standard shipping is available on all eligible orders.

NovaTrend is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

9. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged deliveries, photographs of the package and product may be requested to help us investigate the issue.
